CODE OF CONDUCT:

Great North Aleworks believes that all people deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

With this belief, employees, customers, and vendors shall not act or speak in a way that is discriminatory against any individual on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, ethnicity, or physical characteristics.

Harassment, including making unwanted physical contact, lewd or inappropriate comments, and other inappropriate behavior that is unwanted or unwelcome, will not be tolerated.

 BREACHES OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT: 

• Customers not acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the premises.
• Employees not acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct will be investigated and an appropriate course of action will be taken, which may include reprimand, suspension, and/or termination of employment.
• Vendors not acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct will be investigated and an appropriate course of action will be taken, which may include reprimand, suspension, and/or severing business ties.
